The Client
Founded in 1984, Tom Coll Jewellery is a family owned Scottish jewellery business, known for exquisite diamond jewellery and pre-owned Rolex watches. Based in a beautiful showroom in the heart of Glasgow, they pride themselves in delivering top level customer service alongside their stunning gifts.
The Opportunity
Buying a new piece of jewellery is a special moment to savour. Tom Coll Jewellery wanted to mark the occasion by treating their customers to an unexpected extra gift as a thank you for choosing them. They were looking to enhance the customer experience by developing a complimentary and complementing gift that aligned itself with the quality of their reputation and brand.

Chocolate is a universally loved gift, so they were keen to find a chocolate supplier that could produce a gift that would be totally unique to them. It was important that, as well as tasting delicious, the company they chose to work with had brand values that aligned with their own. The Process
Following an initial (Zoom) meeting, Quirky Chocolate listened to their ideas about creating a gift that would highlight their key pieces and have the wow factor. It was agreed a branded three bar gift set would be a great solution, as the box would open to reveal wrappers showcasing their stunning jewellery and watches. Using their own branded ribbon, the gift box would look suitably smart in their upmarket showroom setting. The three bar solution also allowed three different flavours to be included in the gift, including a vegan friendly option. Chocolate flavours could vary from time to time, to keep the gift fresh and interesting for regular clients (and staff!).
