One of our most popular chocolate bars for vegans, this delicious combination of dark chocolate and a generous sprinkling of tangy frieze dried raspberries is a winning combination. We favour a less bitter dark chocolate with 55% cocoa solids as the base, which we think lets the flavour of the raspberries shine and makes a slightly sweeter dark chocolate bar. Based in Edinburgh, all our bars are handmade in small batches before being wrapped in recyclable waxed brown paper.
